Return Policy
At Kavya Traders, we take pride in the quality of our lace. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Cut-to-length lace products are only eligible for return if they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@kavyatraders.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
